Thunder shock- A jolt of electricity is hurled at the target to inflict damage. It may also leave the target with paralysis.

agility- The user relaxes and lightens its body to move faster. It sharply boosts the Speed stat.

discharge- A flare of electricity is loosed to strike the area around the user. It may also cause paralysis.

play nice- The user and the target become friends, and the target loses its will to fight. This lowers the target's Attack stat.

Special:
Wild charge- The user shrouds itself in electricity and smashes into its target. It also damages the user a little.

Protect- It enables the user to evade all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession.

Type Attribute:
Teleport- Use it to flee from any wild Pokémon. It can also warp to the last Pokémon Center visited.

Psychic- The target is hit by a strong telekinetic force. It may also reduce the target's Sp. Def stat.

Blast Burn- The target is raised by a fiery explosion. The user must rest on the next turn, however.

Ember- The target is attacked with small flames. It may also leave the target with a burn.

◊ Dislikes: Being touched, being bullied or pushed around, getting his glasses taken or lost, having a hard time understanding his own feelings, when his friends are hurt etc.
◊ Personality: As a definite trait of Asperger's Syndrome, Spencer is very socially awkward. He often fixates on things logically causing others to have to tell him to be quiet or him to miss obvious things in normal social conversations. Spencer is an eccentric genius with minor autism, and often uses his logical part of his brain for everyday living, he also has a high talent with words. Spencer often comes off as odd, strange and different because of his personality. When in social conversation's, this glowchu seems strikingly quiet/mousey and shy but definitely offer's speech to conversations when realizing that it is necessarily to give someone extra information on a subject he see's fit or that said person had no idea of, without hesitation. Besides all this though, he's commonly introverted.
◊ History:
Spencer was born in a barn to his two parents, pikachu's gone by the names Marilyn and Anry. He was very dotted on by them and treated like a prince, this may have been because he was their only child. His mother did however have slight paranoid schizophrenia, never the less she and Spencer grew to have a very close relationship. She would always read to him any chance she'd get, this is probably part of the reason he grew to be so intellectual, his mother was as well. When he reached the age of three he was approached by an adult Zangoose, although Spencer wasn't harmed his mother got a very bad feeling from the Pokemon when she found out and wanted to flee the area. The Zangoose had that affect on her because she had heard of some kind of Pokemon going around in area's stalking and taking other Pokemon's children, it was described a Zangoose, she feared Spencer would be a victim just as the other baby Pokemon were. Spencer did happen to get split from his mom and dad at this time as well and ran into two other Pokemon who were a few year's older than he was, a Mudkip and Poochyena who bullied him in a succession for about Seven hours before a female pichu named Lacie showed up and helped him by literally ripping the two to pieces. This was where he got the injuries on his tail, he also sustained a black eye. The female Glowchu gave one of her earrings to him telling him to remember her name 'Lacie' before she had gone away, after that day the female never left his mind, she was the only one nice to him besides his parents. When Spencer disappeared his parents were worried to an extreme, they did find him eventually, the scar's, cuts and bruises alarmed them, Spencer did tell his parents the truth and what happened, But Marilyn still had other thoughts floating in the back of her mind from the zangoose case, she continued to stay worried which caused a mini problem fight between her and Anry.

The event with the zangoose however had a long term affect on the family intern adding to the cause of Anry's split from them when Spencer turned 7 even after moving due to already have created a rift a long time ago and also Marrilyn's schizophrenia was getting worse and her state of mind continued to deteriorate. Spencer had tried to convince his father to stay with statistics but to no avail, Anry left without hesitation, not taking Spencer with him and leaving the family alone without him. He didn't even contact them anymore. Spencer grew up without a father in that span of his life, taking care of his mother and loosing his childhood early. In the year Spencer turned twelve was the time he'd loose something very dear to him. He liked traveling a lot only to see new things and learn more about each of them. Anry had tried to come back and make amends. Spencer and Marrilyn were slightly angry at him, but more so confused, it wasn't too long until they tried to bond again, after all it had been five year's since then, it wouldn't hurt to try and give a second chance they were in an vulnerable spot after all. Seven weeks after the family reunited Marrilyn was pregnant with another child and Spencer was excited to be a big brother, they were attacked by oversized vinem implanted Seviper's, Both Spencer's mom and dad were poisoned trying to protect him in the process before they made escape. Anry died first, 12 hour's after the attack due to 5 stings, Marrilyn died three days later, cause of death 2 stings and the unborn child was lost as well. Spencer felt alone, he obviously had no one left for him, he grieved, called out for help, to no avail. He wanted them to still be alive, but no movement was saw from either two. He stayed with his parents from morning, sunset, all the way to night, The small pichu had no other choice but to finally come to a realization that they were dead. Spencer ran off crying into the dark woods. He had no idea where to go, he just ran and ran and ran, looking back wasn't a choice.

A big journey started for him after that dreary day, little did he know. It was only him now. When Spencer came of age he did nothing but travel,learn and scavenger. He wanted to find himself,what he was best at and somewhere he'd belong, a home. There was a day he ran into a pack of Glowchu's that were much like himself, marks and glowing wise. Spencer stalked the group un aware that the leader was aware of his presence. Due to his social awkwardness he didn't know how to speak up to them, The leader was going to attack and put an end to his stalking until he explained who he was and why he followed them. The two exchanged small talk before he was able to join said Sun Clan,Names Spencer to Solari. He travels with the pack now simply to grow and learn, little does he know he'll run into big surprises both good and hardship beyond his years.

-Spencer is germaphobic, and generally dislikes shaking hands and shows adverse reactions
when touched by strangers.
-He has Obsessive compulsive disorder.
-Spencer's IQ is known to be 180 but presumes to be a lot higher.
-Has an Eidetic memory or Photographic memory.
-He can read up to 18,000 (The average person reads text at 250 to 300 words per minute) words per minute, though it often looks faster.
-Spencer is not much of a fighter.
-Spencer is not tech oriented.
-Has good map reading skills.
-He had a huge secret crush on Lacie.
-Spencer has no idea how to express his feelings when it involves love etc.
-He has Asperger's syndrome, a form of autism.
-He gets confused easily when it has nothing to do with smarts or "logic-ness."
-He can't see without his glasses, he really really needs them.
-The marks on his tail came from being bullied when he was younger, Lacie protected him and helped him.
-He often puts his paws in the small pockets of his sweater.
-Spencer is very good at chest.
-He's always wanted siblings.
-Because of his Eidetic memory, Spencer is prone to dreams and nightmare's reflecting what he saw that contributed to this.
-Spencer is very underweight.
-Due to Spencer's young age, high IQ and differences, he was bullied at the age of three all the way up until now. He would be considered a prime victim of bullying.
-He's allergic to pokemon berries and peanuts.
-He has Dark eyed syndrome or periorbital dark circles.
-Spencer was abducted by Vaden and his crew, beaten severely and sexually assaulted, he sustained a ripped ear and a few scar's on his back, he returns in Chapter 6 after being nursed back to Health by Anju.
*New*- When ever Spencer gets nervous, he starts spewing facts about many different things.
*New*- His glasses strap around his head to stay on properly.
*New*- He can speak in more languages than just English.
*New*- Spencer doesn't offer information for the sake of being better than others, he simply offer's information for the sake of wanting to help out or for sharing fun.
*New*- Most of the time Spencer is unaware when others are annoyed by his constant sharing of facts on trivial things such as holiday's, color's etc. Unless it is stated.
*New*- After the attack, Spencer has been exhibiting low self esteem, outburst and rocky emotions.
*New*- Spencer pulled his hair over a little since it grew too long.
